Zeal [X/20} - by default, you should aim to max out Zeal to maximize its' damage, but it wouldn't be a bad idea to put some extra points into Smite instead.In most cases, you should max it before Zeal for that reason Sacrifice - Zeal's synergy skill, which oddly enough, grants a higher damage multiplier to Zeal than when upgrading Zeal itself.In most cases, one should be enough, but if you want some extra defenses, you can spend any excess points here Holy Shield - a must-have ability that boosts your Block Chance and defense rating.Charge - a prerequisite, but also a decent mobility skill that will allow you to progress faster through areas.You can put all excess points here or just dump them into Holy Shield if you don't plan to do Ubers and such It is guaranteed to hit your target, and unlike Zeal, it will not target the ads that are usually around Ubers so it will simply melt them quicker. Smite - this is the primary Boss-killing skill in Paladin's arsenal. There is a lot of flexibility in what skills you want to use here, but it's mostly recommended to max Zeal and Sacrifice as its' synergy, and possibly get extra points in Smite for higher Boss/Uber DPS In this Tree, you will find the Melee attacks that you will mainly use against Bosses and Lightning Immune enemies.
